The system supports multi drop-off and pick-up points, too, so shoppers can drop off cars at one location and pick up at another valet stand. MANAGER | LEAD Position

Hotels & Luxury Residential

valet & parking | Concierge

Full-time

Pay: from $23/hr to $30/hr 

Locations: Los Angeles County - Riverside 

 Several institutions including Luxury Residential, Hotels, or other public buildings sometimes offer Professional Hospitality Services to their Guests/ Residents as an added convenience in urban and suburban areas. Towards thisend, the Drive Hospitality (DH) Team offers a significantly consistently high level of customer service standards that are expected and always upheld. Every DH Ambassador is representing the establishment and creating the first and last impression.

We NEVER have a second opportunity to create that first impression! Customer Service is the PRIORITY/responsibility of this position! 

  • Must show customer focus.

  • Must always exercise his/her knowledge of Front-Desk and Parking Operations.

  • Always manage the location in a professional manner.

  • Ensure DH Ambassadors are professionally always dressed, wearing clean designated uniforms.

  • Ensure Valet Supervisors & DH Ambassadors are professionally always posted with no personal conversations while on the service operation and the drive.

VALET SUPERVISOR

Pay: from $19/hr to $23/hr 

Locations: Los Angeles County - Riverside

Responsibilities:

Several institutions including: Restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, shopping malls, residences or other public buildings sometimes offer parking services to their patrons as an added convenience in urban and suburban areas. Towards this end, the Drive Hospitality team offers a significantly consistent high level of customer service standards that are expected and upheld at all times.  Valet supervisors oversee the staffing, training and daily duties of this team of Hospitality Professionals.

  • The Leader on the drive, representing the establishment and creating the first and last impression.  We NEVER has a second opportunity to create that first impression!  Customer Service is the FIRST priority/responsibility of this position!

  • Manage the drive in a professional manner at all times.

  • Ensure Valet Ambassadors are professionally dressed at all times, wearing clean designated uniforms.

  • Ensure Valet Ambassadors are professionally posted at all times with no personal conversations while on the drive.

  • Coordinate the duties and responsibilities of the Valet Parking Ambassadors including the cleanliness of the drive.

  • Assist Managers with interviewing and hiring of the Drive Hospitality Ambassadors.

  •  Interaction with the establishment team at all times to stay current with day’s activities… maintain cohesive working relationship.

  • Assisting with special events parking projects

  • Ensuring all parking signage is relevant at all times.

  • Assisting with maintaining daily payroll procedures.

VALET NIGHT AUDIT

Full-time | Part-time

Pay: from $18/hr to $24/hr 

Locations: Los Angeles County - Riverside

Responsibilitiest

  • Fulfill all Night Audit functions between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

  • Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.

  • Handle and follow through on all guest requests daily from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

  • Run morning reports according to Drive Hospitality procedures.

  • Complete any reports as requested by management in a timely manner.

  • Initiate and complete the End of Day process.

  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.

  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Drive Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the Location.

  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform when working.

  • Comply at all times with Drive Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.

  • Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.

  • Run all reports as required for cars inventory, guests names and rooms numbers, etc.

  • Follow safety and emergency procedures according to Drive Hospitality standards.

  • Maintain proper record according to Drive Hospitality standards.

  • Be familiar with all Drive Hospitality's policies and house rules.

  • Have a working knowledge of security procedures.

  • Ensure associates are at all times attentive friendly helpful and courteous to all guests managers and fellow associates.

  • Perform any other duties as requested by Manager or any other member of management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles.

  • Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations.

  • Must be proficient in Windows operating systems company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.

  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

  • Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.

  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.

Valet Jacket

VALET AMBASSADOR

Full-time | Part-time | Temporary for events

Pay: from $16/hr to $19/hr 

Locations: Los Angeles County - Riverside

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guest/visitors to the resort and offer professional luxury valet services

  • Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws and with care

  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return

  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly

  • Organize and file paperwork regarding guests/visitors' vehicles and daily transactions

  • Anticipate the guests/visitors' needs, remember guest's/visitor's name and greet them with their name

  • Able to communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

  • Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items

  • Offer to empty out any debris from a guest vehicle upon arrival or departure

  • Answer guests/visitors' questions regarding local attractions, resort amenities and other available services

  • Tag guests/visitors vehicle keys with the needed information as instructed on property

  • Provide correct counter ticket or receipt of valet parking to the guest/visitor.

  • Verify guests/visitors token or receipt with the one attached to the key before handing over keys or vehicle to the guest/visitor

  • Able to effectively park and retrieve guests cars without causing damage to the vehicle

  • Give fond farewell to all guests who are departing as per hotel standard

  • Ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.

  • Ensure all guest/visitor's valet experience are memorable, unique and as per the hotel's standards

  • Responsible to maintain the security of vehicles, belongings kept inside the car and vehicle keys

  • Responsible to follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction

  • Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.

  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas, porticol and behind the valet stand

  • Responsible to report any security or safety problems, safety hazards and potential security problems to the supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential

Concierges are expected to be able to know the best possible routes from one point to another, whether by foot, by taxi, by public transportation, or by private vehicle.

 

People look to a concierge to find information on events, tourist spots, destinations, and other things that they may be interested in. They can also help make appointments or assist in arranging the client's or guest’s itinerary so that they are able to make the most of their stay.

 

As well as being a reliable source of local information, part of the job is to be able to book guests into different events, to make reservations for them at their intended destinations, or to find and purchase tickets.
